You’re all aware of The Butterfly Project, aren’t you? It’s when people draw butterflies onto their wrists. The rule is to never hold a razor (or anything sharp, really) to cut yourself with. Once you cut your wrist, the butterfly dies.

This is to support people who are thinking of self-harm.

Hey, even if you’re not cutting, you can draw a butterfly to your wrist too, to show your support.

I just want people to participate in this. As many as possible. Because our bodies are sacred and should be taken care of, as well as the heart. Think of the butterfly as the people you care about. If you don’t mind hurting yourself, would you mind hurting them? Please remember that there are people who care.

You are beautiful. You can’t see it yourself because you are also a butterfly. And a butterfly can’t see its own wings.
