Chinese Dancer - I saw a photo of a group of Chinese dancers wearing hats like that in National Geographic magazine. It was so stunning! I thought it was jellyfishes at first! Mainly because the humans are hard to see under all those glowing hats. So, I just felt like painting one of them out X3  Still. Can’t. Paint. Without. Drawing.
